April 2025, European Research Project · MultiSpin.AI is a ground‑breaking EU‑funded research project that seeks to revolutionise neuromorphic computing. The consortium is developing an n‑ary spintronic edge co‑processor able to execute demanding AI workloads—such as deep‑learning inference—at unprecedented speeds while slashing energy consumption.

IFEVS involved in EU Project STEEL ALIVE

February 2025, European Research Project · STEEL-ALIVE – STEEL Applications for Low Investment manufacturing of high Value Elements – is a new European research and innovation action in which IFEVS joins forces with leading industrial and academic partners to redefine how advanced high‑strength steel (AHSS) is formed and assembled for light commercial vehicles (LCVs).

IFEVS at MAKER FAIRE 2024

October 25–27, 2024 | Rome, Italy. In late October we took part in Maker Faire Rome – The European Edition, the flagship maker festival that welcomed around 45,000 visitors and more than 300 projects to the Eternal City

IFEVS at IAA 2023

September 2023, Munich (DE). we took part in IAA Mobility 2023 in Munich (5–10 September 2023), an event that drew more than half a million visitors and nearly 750 exhibitors. As guests on the STMicroelectronics stand, we proudly displayed our new electric bicycle purpose‑built for home medical services.

IFEVS at MECSPE

Bologna, 31 March 2023. Embracing the invitation from EIT Manufacturing, IFEVS participated in MECSPE 2023 in Bologna (29 - 31 March 2023). Here, we showcased our new two and three-wheeled electric bicycles and introduced the new cargo-bike concept we are working on.

Avangard Project

Fourth Key Innovator Recognition

ArcelorMittal and I-FEVS Collaboration

Torino, 8 February 2023. Exciting news! I-FEVS is thrilled to announce our collaboration with ArcelorMittal, the world's leading steel producer. Together, we will be developing safe, light, sustainable, and affordable innovative steel solutions for e-mobility applications.

TRA 2022 Lisbon

Lisbon, 14-17 November 2022. TRA, the Transport Research Arena, is the largest European research and technology conference on transport and mobility. Portuguese minister of infrastructure and housing, Pedro Nuno Santos, tries our i-bike.

Avangard Final Meeting

October 2022, Torino (IT). The final meeting of the Avangard project was held in Turin on 20 and 21 October 2022. Consortium representatives and project officers visited Prima Industrie, IFEVS and MA CLN Group.

ZELD-e

Brussels, 15 October 2022. The ZELD-e project focuses on developing zero-emission last-mile delivery solutions for urban environments. I-FEVS is contributing its expertise in electric vehicle technology to create efficient and sustainable delivery options.

New E-bikes Presentation in Malta

Malta, 25 October 2022. I-FEVS presented its new e-bikes during the Malta Sustainable Mobility Forum. The event was attended by industry leaders and government officials interested in advancing sustainable transportation solutions.

Brussels, 5 July 2022. The Multi-Moby project partners gathered for their general assembly to discuss progress and next steps in developing innovative urban mobility solutions. I-FEVS presented its latest advancements in electric vehicle technology.

IECON-2019

Lisbon, October 14-17, 2019. IECON 2019 is the 45th Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IES), focusing on contemporary industry topics ranging from electronics, controls, manufacturing, to communications and computational intelligence. I-FEVS was invited to introduce its project “Designing and Manufacturing Affordable Urban Electric Vehicles”

MOVE-2019

London, February 12-13, 2019. I-FEVS in collaboration with COMAU presented their project “Operating an Electric Vehicle Microfactory”. PIEDMONS Project, review meeting in Brussels

Brussels, September 3, 2019. I-FEVS presenting its patent pending Zone Partitioned Electric Electronic architecture based on the Infineon Aurix processor. The demonstration consisted on a real time RSA crypto secured remote update of the on-board functionalities.
